Mystery Fireball Over Texas

CNN reports on the fireball that fell during a marathon in Austin, Texas. Sparks were still coming from it at tree level, so I would guess that it hit the ground!

Texas must be the litter box to the sky, since it seems like debris, old satellites, and the Challenger all dropped from the sky there. Texas look up!
