This is heartbreaking. My husband preached and helped feed the homeless in Tampa for apx 7-8 years. I helped when able due to work shift. At first there were mostly drunks and crackheads. After we left the ministry we heard the needy had more than doubled to over 300 people. Then the lovely mayor of Tampa decided to make sure the ministry was shut down. It was an outdoors ministry. When you meet these folks you can't help but love them. If you don't there's something wrong with you.
