Ron Paul: AIG Bonuses
Rep. Ron Paul believes that the outrage over AIG executive is misplaced. A bill being considered by the House would tax certain executive bonuses at 90%. Paul says that the bill is unconstituional and that outrage should be directed at actions by the Federal Reserve.
