Start with a cage containing 5 monkeys.... this story illustrates how human society keeps doing the same things over and over again because - "that's the way things have always been done around here".
Ok, so monkeys aren't hard to figure out. But the way a monkey assesses a situation is nothing like how a human does. A monkey knows its hungry, but into a strange environment, and spots food, and gos for it. Most humans usually do act the same way, as most of us have noticed during our days in public learning facilities (school). But every now and then a human comes along and notices the groups actions, and considers the environment, and thinks up something... "different" Theirs your cog in the machine. "Forces of a creative mind are unstopobabababale!
