I live in Houston, TX and a week ago I saw a hairless K-9 on the side of the highway. I figured it was just a dog with mange. Being that many people dump dogs in that area. Who knows maybe this is a dog with mange also.

Of course no one posts the DNA results online lol. It's a dog with mange. I've seen fox with mange plenty of times up north here and thats about what they look like when it gets really bad.
