The Chicago Tribune reports that NYC authorities "received calls from many people who saw the object [UFO] hovering over Chelsea." It's reported that the objects were just weather balloons. After much Twitter speculation, a fan-shot video has surfaced on YouTube. Many people took to Twitter to talk about the possible UFO sighting and posted pictures of the bizarre image. It is believed the object is likely some sort of balloon, however, officials have not confirmed exactly what it is.
