How Do I Renew My Subscription with Truthed Once My Term Is Up?
Your Truthed membership will automatically renew unless you cancel. If you cancel for any reason, you will still have access to Truthed for the remainder of your subscription. To reinstate your Truthed account, simply log in to your cancelled account, click reactivate, and you will regain access to all previously pulled reports.

How Do I View a Report I Previously Purchased?
On your personal Truthed dashboard, you will find an option to view your previously purchased reports. Select the report you wish to view, and the stored files will load. If you're not a current member but had purchased a background check previously, you will be able to reactivate your account to access your earlier reports.
If I’m Searching for Someone’s Criminal History but Don’t Find Anything, Am I Still Charged?
Truthed charges for running the background check, not for the results. If no criminal or arrest records appear in your search, that could be a positive sign, as it may mean the person was arrested but not convicted, arrested and released, or the record was sealed or expunged. If you have any questions regarding a target’s criminal records or the lack thereof, don’t hesitate to contact us 24/7.
How Will Truthed’s Charge Appear on My Credit Card Statement?
Your credit card statement will display our charge as TRUTHED*COM.
I Was Charged by Truthed but Never Signed Up. How & Why Did This Happen?
Payments are only processed when someone visits our site and signs up for either a monthly membership or a single-use background check. If you didn’t sign up but your credit card was charged, please contact us immediately by phone or email, available 24/7.
It's also possible that someone else in your household used your card to sign up for our services. We recommend checking with family members to see if they used your credit card to run a check.
Can I Get an Invoice for My Charges?
Truthed stores your billing history on your dashboard for easy access. You’ll find details for all transactions, including charges for your account, services purchased, payment method used, and the date of the charge. How Do I Cancel My Truthed Account?
